What are your hours?

Our facility is available 24/7 to our members.

Day passes are available for use during staffed business hours.

Our staffed business hours are as follows:

Monday-Thursday: 7AM-6PM

​

Friday: 7AM-3PM

​

Saturday: 7AM-Noon

​

Sunday: By Appointment

Where are you located?

We are located in the beautiful city of Gulf Shores, Alabama at 3501 Gulf Shores Pkwy (Highway 59).  This is right across from the airport, Emergency Room, and Beach Girl Coffee on the west side of  Highway 59.  To view a map, click here.  To enter your location and get turn by turn directions,  please click here.

Do you offer short term memberships for out of town guests?

We would love to have you join our fitness family while you're in town!  We currently have daily and weekly passes available.  The daily pass is available for $15 per person per day.  This pass allows you to work out during our regular staffed hours.  These hours are Monday-Thursday from 7AM-6PM, Friday 7AM-3PM, and Saturday from 7AM until noon.

 

If you plan to work out more than just a couple of days, the weekly pass may be a better option for you.  This weekly membership option is available for $50 per person per week and includes a member keycard that gives you 24/7 access to our facility so you can come and workout whenever you'd like.

Do you offer group classes?
